How are stores counted?
Stores with at least one ticket or call in the month. A store with no activity doesn't count.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan. If you don't, the account stays read-only for 30 days and then the data is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated. Downgrades apply next cycle.
How does billing work?
Boleto or card, with an invoice issued by FindUP. On annual, pay upfront or in 12 installments.
